A career built across sales, management, software, delivery, marketing, and creative work.

A career built across sales, management, software, delivery, marketing, and creative work.

I started in pre-media and print, learning the discipline of production, deadlines, detail, and how communication actually gets made. That foundation still shapes how I think. Good work needs taste, but it also needs systems.

From there, I moved through retail leadership, copier and print technology, enterprise solutions, software sales, offshore teams, and startup environments. The thread was always the same: understand how the thing works, understand why people buy, and help the team deliver it properly.

In recent years, that has meant helping grow a software consultancy office, working with Scrum and delivery frameworks in practice rather than as ceremony, and connecting client growth with delivery capability. The strongest outcomes came when culture, pipeline, and execution were aligned.

I’m most interested in work that sits between disciplines. Technology without commercial context tends to drift. Sales without delivery depth breaks trust. Design without operational follow-through becomes decoration. The useful work is in joining those pieces up.

Alongside the technology side, I’ve kept building creative projects in music, media, and live brands. That keeps me honest. Audiences respond quickly to clarity and energy. If the story is vague, or the experience drags, you know straight away.

That mix is what I bring to client and venture work now: commercial instinct, delivery discipline, communication range, and a practical bias towards momentum.

Working principles

The ideas that keep showing up in the best work.

Lead with trust

Teams do their best work when they are trusted, informed, and clear on what matters. Good management creates confidence, ownership, and momentum.

Commercial first

Good delivery still has to land commercially. I stay close to the buyer, the value proposition, the margin, and the narrative around the work.

Make complexity readable

A big part of my job is translating between technical, operational, and commercial worlds so decisions happen faster and with less friction.

Let’s work on something useful
