This work sat squarely in the zone I enjoy most: translating between what the business needed, what the market would adopt, and what the delivery team could realistically build well.

Brand and asset workflow problems are rarely just technical. They also involve adoption, process, internal politics, speed, and clarity for the people using the platform every day.

My role was to help make that complexity readable. That meant connecting offshore capability, local expectations, and product decisions so the platform could be useful in practice rather than merely impressive in a presentation.
