My background spans commercial leadership, software, digital platforms, growth and execution. Over time, that has included enterprise technology, SaaS, marketing, management, media, publishing and, more recently, hands-on AI work focused on practical outcomes.

More on my work

SSW Growth, Sales and AI Direction | SSW • 2 stints • State Manager, Sales, Head of Sales
I’ve worked at SSW across two periods. In my first stint, I helped grow the Melbourne office from around five developers to fifteen while managing major client relationships and leading sales. After leaving for another opportunity, I returned because of the pace, the people and SSW’s position at the leading edge of technology. Today, my role combines sales leadership, client strategy and hands-on involvement in AI as SSW navigates the next wave of software delivery.

Sales growth and marketing evolution in SaaS | Head of Sales and Marketing
At ConnX, I led sales and marketing for a SaaS business focused on HR, time and attendance, and payroll-connected software. It was a new category for me and gave me strong exposure to the HR tech space. In the first year, we exceeded budget, with my own direct sales performance well ahead of target. Alongside sales, I worked to evolve the marketing function by improving the website, strengthening Google performance, building social channels, reshaping the team, and deepening client relationships. I ultimately left because I could see AI beginning to reshape the future of SaaS and wanted to move further into that technology path.

Early-stage growth in an emerging software category | Head of Sales and Marketing
At Socialsuite, I led sales and marketing in a young startup environment alongside two ambitious founders building into a new category. The platform was focused on measuring the effectiveness of social services on a Salesforce ISV foundation, and the business was still working towards stronger market fit while raising capital for growth. My role sat across sales, messaging, market development and helping shape how the company presented its value in an evolving space. The business later matured further into the ESG and impact reporting market.

Leadership across growth, operations and industry sales | CEO, Head of Sales, Offshore Operations
At Excel Australasia, I held several leadership roles across the business. I set up and ran an offshore outbound calling operation from Bangkok, stepped into the CEO role for a period while a new CEO was recruited, and later returned to lead sales for the company’s real estate technology division. The business builds marketing products for the real estate industry, and my work sat across commercial leadership, team management, growth strategy and practical execution in a fast-moving environment.

Sales, Product Management, Business Unit Leadership | Revenue leadership across print, software and digital systems
At Kodak, I worked across a wide range of commercial and technical roles as the business navigated major industry change. I started as a sales engineer on large capital equipment, then moved into direct sales across high-volume digital print systems, software workflow, plates, consumables and CTP equipment. I also led parts of Kodak’s software workflow business in Asia Pacific, worked with digital imaging products and scanners, and regularly stepped into broader management and product roles as the company evolved. Throughout that time, I remained close to revenue, customers and commercial accountability, often with business unit and P&L responsibility.

Foundations in business, print and commercial sales | Earlier Career • Retail, Print, Capital Equipment Sales
Before Kodak, my career was built through a mix of hands-on trade, small business ownership and capital equipment sales. I co-ran a retail business called Ocean Blue for several years, which was a strong learning experience in running a business day to day. Before and around that, I worked across a number of printing businesses as a tradesperson, spent several years at Danka selling high-end photocopiers, started selling at One - now Canon and later moved into capital equipment sales with Heidelberg in the print industry. Together, those roles built the commercial, technical and operational foundations that shaped the rest of my career.
